THE LIFE OF THE CHICKEN AND THE CROW
THE LIFE OF THE CHICKEN AND THE CROW
There was a farmer named Swala who raised Chickens and Crows together in one coop, and they lived peacefully. One day, Swala left to look for food and asked them to take care of each other. Later, famine came, and food became scarce. Because of hunger, the Crow began secretly eating the Chicken’s chicks while lying about what happened to them. The Chicken trusted the Crow at first, but later became suspicious. When Swala returned, he found conflict between them. In the end, the truth came out when the Crow could not explain the blood on its mouth and ran away.
Message. The story teaches that hunger can lead to betrayal, and that trust should be protected. It also shows that lies will always be revealed in the end.
